Product Description
Company Name: Shandong Yilu Machinery Co., Ltd.
Mower
The Mower, also known as a wheat and rice harvester, pepper harvester, is a new product developed by our factory. It is simple, easy to use, small, lightweight, and compact. When used with the Jf68 walking tractor, it can harvest rice, wheat, and other single upright crops at a rate of 2-3 acres per hour.
Product Characteristics
The cutting machine consists of two parts: a matching host machine and a cutting machine. It is designed for harvesting wheat, rice, and other platycodon crops on flat terrain with plant heights ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 meters. The machine operates best in wind conditions less than 4 and on non-rainy days.
The power output shaft of the cutter is transmitted to the cutting table gearbox through the transmission shaft. It then drives the cutter through an eccentric *** sliding frame mechanism, a transmission claw clutch, and a pair of bevel gears. The drive shaft of the conveyor chain is powered by a sprocket chain, enabling the movement of the upper and lower conveyor chain. The straw belt is driven by the star wheel of the straw lifter, which is in turn driven by the tooth extraction of the conveyor chain.
